 Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are generally delivered between 4 and 9 business days from day of purchase. This is dependent on the day of the week the order is placed, so we recommend looking at the following chart for a more accurate reference:

 

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. The next notification that you will receive is the shipping confirmation email. This is typically received 3-7 business days after your order has been placed. 

To provide you with Australia's largest range of shoes at great prices, we are unable to stock our entire range here at our Queensland base. This is why orders are not dispatched immediately. Your understanding of this matter is much appreciated.

For New Zealand orders, please allow 12-15 business days delivery.

Q: My order still says 'Unfulfilled'. What does this mean?

A: This means that your order has been processed, but hasn't been dispatched yet. Orders are typically dispatched between 3 and 7 business days after the order has been placed. Please review the chart above to give you a better indication of when you can expect delivery.


Q: The shoes that I purchased do not fit me. Can I get my money back?

A: Of course! We allow a customer to return any item purchased for a full refund of the product(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned goods must be in store bought condition, so keep the tags on! Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Q: Are your products 100% authentic?

A: All of our products are 100% genuine and authentic. And we guarantee that!

Our guarantee is simple. If you have any doubts over the authenticity of the products you received, we'll issue an immediate no-questions-asked refund, as long as the products are still in their store-bought condition.

Thankfully, over the thousands of orders we've fulfilled, we've yet to receive a return as a result of the product authenticity being questioned.


Q: Can I change or cancel an order?

A: When an order is placed, there is a limited window in which you can change/cancel your order without charge. So it's very important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments. Just email sales@myfootyboots.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Should your order already have entered the processing stage, a cancellation fee of $10 or 10% of the value of the product (whichever is greater) applies. Orders are typically processed at 9pm AEST each night.


Q: Do you use US, UK or another sizing system?

A: All of our shoe sizes are displayed in US sizes in accordance with Australian industry standards. To find your correct size, please visit our sizing page.

 

Q: What is the conversion for Australian sizes to US sizes?

A: Australian size is equal to US size. This can be confusing because Australian industry standards are in US sizes, so people often mistake the purchased size as 'Australian Size'. 

Basically if you are an 'Australian Size 9', then order the 'US size 9' as they should be the same. To confirm this, please check the white panel printed on the inside of an existing pair of athletic shoes.

 

Q: Widths - I see there is a B width and a D width and it's confusing?

A: Because everyone's feet aren't the same width, there are many models of shoes which come in multiple widths. There is typically 0.5cm difference between each width. Here are the width scales for both Men and Women.
 
Men's width scale:
B - Narrow
D - Medium (standard)
2E - Wide
4E - Extra Wide

Women's width scale:
AA - Narrow
B - Medium (standard)
D - Wide
2E - Extra Wide

 

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit at a Commonwealth Bank. 


Q: How do I pay by Internet Bank Transfer/Deposit?

A: Place your order and select the Internet Bank Transfer/Deposit option.

Once the order has been placed, please initiate a transfer via your online banking website or at a Commonwealth Bank branch to the following account:

Reference Number: Include order number and first 5 letters of surname. Eg: 20500Smith
 
It can take up to two business days for the transfer to be received. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed.
 
Should a payment not be received within 10 business days of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled.

Q: I am wanting to buy a pair of "insert shoes here", but I don't see them on your website. Do you sell them?

A: If you cannot find what you are looking for in our range, please send us an email at sales@myfootyboots.com.au with as much information as possible like type, colour scheme and size. We'll do our best to accommodate your special request.
