Return Policy:
MyFootyBoots.com.au is an understanding company when it comes to returns. We will accept a money-back, no questions asked return/exchange, as long as the following two conditions are met:
1. Goods must be in an unused, store-bought condition unless goods are faulty.
2. MyFootyBoots.com.au must be contacted by email (sales@myfootyboots.com.au) within 30 days of purchase requesting a refund/exchange.
It is essential that when you try on your new pair of boots, that you try them on indoors.
Should we find any evidence of use or wear, then a return/exchange may be denied.
If an order is canceled prior to shipping, a $10 restocking fee applies for each pair of shoes canceled.
Returns process:
1. Email sales@myfootyboots.com.au within 30 days of purchase, requesting a refund/exchange for your order. Confirm that the item is still in store-bought condition and include whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. Await email response from MyFootyBoots.com.au with a return approval number, instructions and return address.
3. Include a copy of your receipt and the whole product as received and send to address provided in the email response.
4. Await email confirmation of receipt and inspection of goods by MyFootyBoots.com.au.
5. If an exchange is requested, a link will be provided to purchase the additional shipping charge. Your exchanged boots will then arrive in 4-9 business days.
If you requested a refund, allow 1 billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
