Returns

Return Policy:

MyFootyBoots.com.au is an understanding company when it comes to returns. We will accept a money-back, no questions asked return/exchange, as long as the following two conditions are met:

1. Goods must be in an unused, store-bought condition unless goods are faulty/defective.

2. Goods are returned to MyFootyBoots.com.au within 30 days of receiving the goods.

It is essential that when you try on your new pair of shoes, that you try them on indoors. 

Should we find any evidence of use or wear, then a return/exchange may be denied.

 

 

Returns process:

1. If you want an exchange as soon as possible, place brand new order then go to step 2. For everyone else, go straight to step 2.

2. Download our Return-Exchange form and print. Fill out form.

3. Send product + shoe box + accessories (laces/bag) + Return Form to the address on the Return Form.

4. Await email confirmation from MyFootyBoots.com.au that your return has been received and processed.

5. If an exchange was requested, then make sure you have purchased the 'Shipping for Exchanged Product'. For all other requests, a refund will be processed to your method of payment.

If there is a price difference between your returned product and the product you want in exchange, then we'll either refund the difference to your method of payment, or contact you for permission to charge your credit card the difference/send a PayPal 'Request for Payment'.

If you requested a refund, allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement.

What's a Returns Policy without 'fine print'? Here it is:

- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- In the rare event a return is lost or stolen, the responsibility remains with the customer.

- If goods are damaged in transit back to MyFootyBoots.com.au, the damage is the responsibility of the customer.

- We do not accept COD packages.

- A cancellation fee of $10 or 10% of the value of the product (whichever is greater) applies when a customer cancels an order after it has begun processing. Orders are typically processed at 9pm AEST each night.

- We will refund a maximum of $16.70 (price of 5kg Parcel Post satchel) for return shipping on returns deemed to be defective/incorrect item shipped.
